Welcome, there's nothing worse than to have that clog sensation in your sinus as well as your ears. They are all connected. But first let me explain a little bit about the para-nasal sinuses. These are a group of four peered air filled spaces that surround the nasal cavity. The maxillary sinuses are located under the eyes. The frontal sinuses are located above the eyes. The ethmoidal sinuses are between the eyes and the spinodal sinuses are behind the eyes. And these sinuses are all connected to one another. And when there's extra mucus that can lead to infection, which we call sinusitis.

And behind our nasal area, we have eustachian tubes. And these eustachian tubes is what connects the middle ear to the nasal phoronix area. There are approximately 1.4 inches long and point 12 inches in diameter. And when you experience nasal sinus congestion, these eustachian tubes may become blocked. And this causes an imbalance of pressure from inside of the ear to the outside. And this is what leads to a lot of that pain and discomfort. So when we swallow, chew gum or even yawn, these eustachian tubes open up and allows the pressure to become more equalized.

But when there's congestion in there, we need to get that congestion out so everything can continue to flow normally as the body repairs and heals. So here is something that I created where we can blow air up the nose into the eustachian tubes to balance out the pressure to unclog the ears, as well as to get those sinuses to start to drain. So watch me carefully because you're gonna see immediate results. Hold one nostril, take your lips, and blow the air up and your other nostril like this.

But hold on. As you blow air up in the nostrils, you'll take a deep breath, but you must cover your nose and your mouth. So no air is escaping. And that air will go up the nostril entity istation tubes, we'll do five puffs. Let's go.

It's gonna feel a little strange. You're gonna feel pressure. But watch what happens. Let's do the other side. Hold the opposite nostril. Put your hands cup it over your nose in your mouth, five puffs up into the other nostril.

You're going to feel an immediate change up into the station tube region to help balance out and equalize that pressure that's going to help the sinuses continue to drain. Do this technique several times a day and you are going to be shocked. Please share this article with your friends and family.
