Welcome everyone. My objective is to educate you about the Coronavirus to take away that fear that panic that many people are having worldwide. This is a very easy thing to take care of, as long as you are educated and you do the right thing. If you haven't subscribed, please do so, and hit that bell to get all future notifications for my upcoming videos to help you and your family. After reviewing hundreds of articles, speaking with infectious disease doctors, as well as information that I gathered from many hospitals worldwide, I think that the message that I'm going to share with you will help millions of people. The first thing I wanted to talk about is washing your hands. Realize that the virus is very easy to kill. It has a fatty liquid layer on the outside of the virus. And there is nothing better than soap and water. antibacterial soap, which can be much more expensive than regular soap is not going to do any more. Realize, when you wash your hands, you need to rub your hands together with soap all over your hands the front back between the fingers for a good 20 seconds, and then you'll rinse it off. Understand that our skin is our largest organ. And it takes a lot for any organism, any pathogen to make its way through the barriers of our skin. So even if you touch viruses on your hands, back of your hand, your fingers or wherever, it's not going to harm you. What's going to harm you is when those viruses make its way from your hands to your face, either your mouth, your nose or your eyes. And I will be repeating this often during this video. Because the more you hear it, the more you're going to do it.

If you don't have soap, you'll use a hand sanitizer generally with 60 to 65%. minimally alcohol, which is your pure RL and other sanitizers are being sold worldwide. You'll use the sanitizer anytime you touch anything outside of your home, any foreign object, an elevator, a doorknob, or anything. It's best to always sanitize your hands immediately after so you do not spread the germs. The New England Journal of Medicine states that this virus The Coronavirus can live on hard surfaces, like steel and plastic for up to 72 hours, three days. And it can live on cardboard up to 24 hours, which is one day. But understand that as this virus stays on those surfaces, it becomes weaker and weaker. Now if you're getting deliveries to your house packages from Amazon or other companies, yes, if you're going to touch these packages and you have any doubt, then you're going to wash your hands after Don't worry about touching these packages with your hands. As long as it never makes its way to your face, you're going to be fine. And washing your hands with soap and water will do the job.

So if this cardboard box was delivered to your house, and who delivered the package to you was contagious with the Coronavirus and he or she sneezed or coughed putting droplets of that virus on to that cardboard. Yes, that can still be a problem. But touching it is not going to hurt you as long as you wash your hands after with soap pertaining to buying food at the grocery store. Yes, we don't know who put their hands or coughed on what you're buying. And it's always a wise idea that one shoe open that food and once you put it somewhere, don't touch the food. But wash your hands after some people like to disinfect the outside of those wrappers of the foods that they're buying with the alcohol or some type of spray to kill whatever viruses they may think is living there. Talking about mask if you're going to wear a mask, I recommend to wear it for one reason. Just get into the habit of not touching your face. That if you touch your face with the mask, that virus that's on your hand or fingers is not going to get to your face.

If you are sick, you need to wear a mask. So you do not allow that virus or sickness to make anyone more contagious. If you're around sick people, yes, that would probably be another wise idea to wear a mask. But masks will not keep you from getting a virus. It's opened on each side of the nose, it can make its way in through the eyes. People are not wearing shields all day long. So if you're healthy, wearing a mask is not going to do any good for you, according to the research. But again, people out there are still paranoid, they say, well, it's better wearing it than not. If it makes you feel better wearing it, then wear it. But that's not the answer. The answer is you have to stop touching your face. When you touch your face. That's how you're getting sick. Yes, you still have to stay within that six foot law of other people you don't want to be with lots of people at one time, you still want to follow the guidelines. Is it possible that if someone coughs you know, in your face, the droplets have to come into your mucous membranes, your eyes, your nose or mouth, but it's not real common. It's so much more common that everyone out there today is catching this virus from their hands and touching their face. And if you look at the studies that people have a bad habit of touching their face.

I don't know how many dozens and dozens and dozens of times a day or maybe every couple hours. But it's a constant thing that we're doing, we need to stop. So wear your masks and train yourself not to touch your face. You know, you could be taking the bus holding on to the handles. Think about opening your car door touching the aisles touching other things. It can go on and on. You're touching things all day long. Other people are around the things that we're touching. So any kind of hard surface, you can pick up viruses, and those viruses will not do anything on your hands. Your skin is the most protective barrier you can have. So don't worry, don't have anxiety. Don't be fearful. This is the easiest thing to kill outside the body soap and water it kills that lipid fatty membrane around the virus and it just

fades away. It dies so easy. Yes, if the virus gets in your system and continues to multiply, multiply within the cells of our body, it can be a problem. So getting

washing your hands is the most important thing not touching your face. Wear your mask and I'm gonna say it over and over play brainwash and I get inside your brain so hard that you can't touch your face. Train yourself not to touch your face. You have to this is the key thing on not spreading this virus. It's not so much in the air. If you're sick and you're coughing wear a mask. Another big topic regarding the Coronavirus is taking non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs. Aleve, which is your naproxen ibuprofen, which is your Motrin and Advil, cortisone. Doctors are staying away from a lot of those things right now because they're finding from certain studies that can cause your immune system to weaken or make you more susceptible to maybe get sicker easier or catch the virus easier or if you have the virus it can affect the healing. In my opinion.

I'm not a big believer in a lot of this, although I believe in any drug that you take for an accumulated period of time over a period of time can cause harm and damage. These non steroidal anti inflammatory meds affect the kidneys, the kidneys affect the water balance. It can dehydrate you, particularly if you're not drinking enough water can cause other issues and ailments within the kidney. The what they're telling you to take is acetaminophen, which is your Tylenol. But again, Tylenol has an effect, see the medicine on your liver. But if you're taking any meds for long periods of time, always check with your doctor but drink lots of fluids. Drinking fluids is probably one of the best things you can do for your internal system. Also, people were stating that with the Coronavirus, most people who got sick or even passed away were those who are more elderly. Although today we're seeing different things. There are much more younger people today in hospitals who are contagious with this virus who are still fighting. So what does this tell us? Their hypothesis or their opinion was that elderly people have a weaker immune system? Yes, they might. As the younger has a stronger particularly kids, there's not a whole lot going on between the ages of zero and 14, maybe a few but you're not going to hear much about that. It gets back to basics. Good

Nutrition, proper sleep meditation exercise, you have to build your immune system. There's nothing that fights those WBC those white blood cells, those lymphocytes, those killer T cells, they need good nutrition. But building that immune system is so important because that's what fights everything heals from the inside out. There is no magic at this point that's going to heal everything and drugs don't heal you anyways, drugs may help the body recover. So build that immune system, eat well eat the vegetables, your colored different fruits and vegetables. And really hydrate very, very important because one of the biggest problems that I find with the elderly are is dehydration. And because you don't feel thirsty, doesn't mean that you're not dehydrated. But that causes your system, your kidneys, your liver, your whole internal system to start shutting down slowly, and actually increases the susceptibility of catching bacteria or viruses, or other passive pathogens because your system is not functioning at its optimal potential. So these are my final thoughts. Stop worrying. Get out of that anxiety mode, that fight or flight where your secretion cortisol, adrenaline, norepinephrine, you're weakening your immune system, you're affecting your WBC, your white blood cells, it's not allowing your immune system to fight strong.

You must stop worrying, because this is an easy thing to take care of, as long as you do the right thing. But worrying will make the condition worse. And it will affect your body's healing ability. Instead of worrying about those things that you shouldn't touch. Just remember one thing, anything you touch on the outside of your house, where people are around, or have been around, there's a possibility that it's contaminated. There can be some kind of virus bacteria or something on there that you can catch by touching it. And then touching your face, particularly your mouth, your nose, your eyes. So have a hand sanitizer around if there's no sink, where you cannot wash your hands with soap and water. And do not touch your face. So when you have any doubt, wash your hands use that hand sanitizer because if you touch something, go into your car, and then put your hand on the shifter on the wheel, and you start contaminating that wheel. And then you wash your hands and then go back to the wheel again steering wheel.

You've just re contaminated your hands again. So you need to really think think this thing through. Just don't take it for granted. germs are the easiest thing to spread particularly on your hands. And don't worry about touching viruses with your hands. Nothing will get through your skin. Just wash them and do the right thing. So I hope that this information that I shared with you, will brainwash you to wash your hands and start becoming smarter by doing the right thing and removing the stress and anxiety and carrying on your life so you can stay healthy and be happy with your family and loved ones. May I ask you please, to share this with your friends and family. Leave your comments below. And most important, make it a great day.
